Become a Vendor

We are making plans for our fourth annual Georgia Muscadine Festival for Labor Day weekend, Saturday, September 3, 2022, and we would love for you to participate! Festival activities including a “Lucy Look-Alike” Contest, Grape Stomp, Live Music, Artisan Market, Food Trucks, and Wine Tastings will last throughout the day (10am-6pm). This year, we are also adding a 5K & 1-mile Fun Run! Everything will be outside, so be prepared for both sunshine and rain!

Our festival attendance grows with each event, every year. Last year’s Georgia Muscadine Festival brought in 400-500 attendees, while this year’s South Georgia Wine Festival brought in 600-700! We’re hoping to host just as big a crowd for GMF2022!

Artisan Market Vendors:

We want to showcase the best our area has to offer! We will have an area for you to set up your own tent and sell your craft. (The majority of your booth should be handcrafted items rather than purchased items for resell.) This year, we will charge a $50 booth fee. You are responsible for collecting and reporting sales tax, using the form that will be provided to you by the Georgia Department of Revenue. You will need to bring your own tent, tables, bags, change, etc. Electricity can be provided; just let us know if you need it. Early setup time will be available on Friday evening, 6pm-8pm, or you can wait to set up 8am-10am on Saturday, with the Artisan Market opening at 11am until 6pm. Please complete the Artisan Market Vendor application

Food Vendors:

Since we are located so far out of town, we love having local restaurants set up tents or food trucks, so our customers don’t have to leave and get something to eat. That’s where you come in! We recommend a very limited menu (maybe 1-2 main dishes, 1-2 sides?), and ask that customers receive items only in paper or plastic, not glass. You will need to bring your own tent or truck, tables, ice, and everything to serve in or with. Electricity can be provided; just let us know if you need it. Early setup time will be available on Friday evening, 6pm-8pm, or you can wait to set up 8am-10am on Saturday, to be ready to serve at 11am until 6pm. Please complete the Food Vendor application. This year, we will charge a $50 fee, which will be donated to Called to Care, who have agreed to be our sponsor. This year, we will charge a $50 fee, which will be donated to Called to Care, who have agreed to be our sponsor. This allows food vendors to serve without having to get a license to sell in Irwin County. (If you are already licensed to sell in Irwin County, this fee can be waived if you do not wish to donate to Called to Care. )

Hopefully, this answers any questions you may have, but feel free to email me back, or call me at 229-468-7873 X106. Thanks for participating in our 2022 Georgia Muscadine Festival!
